The present civil restoration application has been filed by the applicant for restoration of S.B. Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.2109/2018, which has been dismissed by the Registrar (Judicial) vide order dated 16.07.2024 in compliance of the peremptory order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 08.08.2023.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant want to contest the petition on merits, therefore, the application be allowed and the appeal be restored to its original number.

For the reasons mentioned therein, the application is allowed and S.B. Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.2109/2018 is restored to its original number.

Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to remove the defect(s) within a period of two weeks, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed automatically without reference to the Court.
