This civil miscellaneous application has been filed seeking recalling of the order dated 21.03.2023 passed by this Court dismissing the SB Civil Contempt Petition No.651/2018 filed by the applicant-petitioner. The contempt petition was dismissed as none was present for the petitioner even in second round and none had appeared on his behalf on previous two dates as well and after perusal of the material on record, this Court was satisfied that substantial compliance of the order dated 10.10.2017, contempt whereof alleged, was already made.
The fact that substantial compliance of the order was made, is not disputed even by the learned counsel for the applicants.
In view thereof, no occasion arises for recalling the order. The civil miscellaneous application is dismissed accordingly.
