This application is filed by the applicants/defendants seeking extension of time granted by this Court vide order dated 07.08.2023 for vacation of the rented premises.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the time for vacation may be extended suitably in view of their financial and medical condition. He, therefore, prays that the application be allowed and the time granted by this Court vide order dated 07.08.2023 for vacation of the rented premises be extended by a period of six months.

The S.B. Civil Second Appeal No.57/2023 preferred by the applicants, was dismissed as not pressed by this Court vide order dated 07.08.2023. However, they were granted time till 25.02.2025 to vacate the subject premises on their request which was accepted by learned counsel for the respondent subject to terms and conditions mentioned therein. Since, the applicants have already been granted sufficient time to vacate the rented premises, no case is made out for its extension.

The application is dismissed accordingly.
