Instant S.B. CMA is preferred aggrieved from dismissal of adinterim temporary injunction on 01.10.2024 in TI application no. 42/2024 passed by learned Additional District Judge no. 10, Jaipur Metropolitan-II, Headquarter Chomu.

During course of argument, learned counsel for respondent submits that the parties have settled their dispute and now nothing survives in the matter.

Learned counsel for the parties also agreed that the trial court may be directed to dispose of TI application without being influenced from order dated 01.10.2024 and TI application should

be decided within a period of one month from date of receipt of copy of this order.

Having considered the submissions, the civil misc. appeal is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the TI application no. 42/2024 as early as possible but within a period of one month from date of receipt of copy of this order without being influenced from order dated 01.10.2024.
