An application No.215/2025 under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been filed by the applicants/appellants for condonation of delay in filing the appeal.

The appeal has been preferred by the appellants against the order dated 18.10.2023, passed by the Court of learned Additional District Judge No.9, Jaipur Metropolitan-I in Civil Misc. Case No.33/2021 (222/2021), whereby the temporary injunction application filed by the plaintiff-respondent was allowed. 3. This appeal has been preferred with a delay of three hundred fifty six days.

On perusal of the averments made in the application No.215/2025 filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay, this Court finds that no sufficient reason has been shown for delay in filing the appeal, therefore, application No.215/2025 is dismissed.

As a result of dismissal of the application No.215/2025 filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, the present appeal is also dismissed being time barred.
