This first appeal has been filed by and on behalf of plaintiff, feeling aggrieved by dismissal of his civil suit for possession filed against respondents-defendants, alleging the defendants to be licensee of plaintiff in the suit property.

During course of appeal, appellant has moved an application (1/2025), stating inter alia , that the dispute in respect of suit property between parties has been resolved amicably and a
