In view of the decision of this Court in Pawan Meena (supra), without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and/or his counsel.
