Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in compliance of the order dated 08.08.2012, the respondents have given the original cheque bearing No.028008 dated 06.03.2025 amounting to Rs.10,37,997/- drawn at ICICI Bank, Parivahan Marg, Jaipur issued in the name of Nemi Chand Gupta to the counsel for the petitioner today itself. A copy of the aforesaid cheque has been handed over to the court master of this court, which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
