This application is filed for restoration of petition (D.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 13085/2020). On failure to comply with the Court’s order dated 11.03.2024, the writ petition was dismissed for non-filing of second set of writ petition vide consequential order dated 24.05.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial).
For the reasons stated therein, the restoration application is allowed subject to filing of second set within a period of four weeks.
In case second set of writ petition is filed within a period of four weeks, the writ petition be restored to its original number.
