This application is filed for restoration of the writ (D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1384/2014). The petition was dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 06.03.2024 passed by this Court and the order dated 21.05.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial). 2. For the reasons mentioned therein, the application is allowed and the writ petition be restored to its original number, subject to filing of notices with paper-book sets for non-petitioner Nos. 1 to 3 within three weeks. In case of failure to do the needful, the restoration order passed today shall stand revoked without reference to the Court.
