This restoration application has been filed by the petitioner for restoration of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 335/2020, which was dismissed vide order dated 13.02.2024 in furtherance of peremptory order dated 23.01.2024 due to default in submitting the PF and notices alongwith PB sets.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The matter S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 335/2020 is restored to its original number.
