Counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that the petitioner was the employee of Secondary Education Department, however, while filing the writ petition inadvertently, the Authority of the Elementary Education has been impleaded as a party

respondent Nos. 2, 3 & 4. Counsel further submits that it would be justified in the interest of justice to allow the petitioner to make correction in the cause title as regards the details of the respondents Nos. 2, 3 & 4.
In view of the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the misc. application is allowed.
The amended cause title filed along with the application is taken on record.
