The present application has been filed by the applicantspetitioners seeking correction in the cause title, wherein names of Petitioner No.1 – Karn Singh S/o Shri Manak Singh and Petitioner No.3 – Jagmohan Meena S/o Shri Basant Lal Meena, have wrongly been mentioned.

Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that due to inadvertent mistake, name of Petitioner No.1 – Karn Singh S/o Shri Manak Singh has wrong been typed in the cause title as Karan Singh, and the name of father of Petitioner No.3 – Jagmohan Meena has been mentioned as Shri Basant Lal Meena instead of Shri Bajarang Lal Meena.

For the reasons stated, the application seeking correction is allowed.

The name of Petitioner No.1 – ‘Karan Singh’ be now read as ‘Karn Singh’ and name of father of Petitioner No.3 – Jagmohan Meena, mentioned as ‘Shri Basant Lal Meena’ be read as ‘Bajarang Lal Meena’, in the cause title of writ petition, stay application and the order dated 11.10.2023.

Amended order in terms of above be drawn and uploaded, while earlier order be off loaded.
