Counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that while filing the writ petition, the spelling of the name of the father of the petitioner has been mentioned as 'Lamxan Singh' in place of 'Laxman Singh'.

In view of the submission made by counsel for the applicantpetitioner and the averments made in the present application, this writ misc. application is allowed and the petitioner is allowed to make correction in the name of his father as 'Laxman Singh' in place of ‘Lamxan Singh’.
Amended cause-title filed alongwith the application is also taken on record.
This order shall be treated as part and partial of order dated 06.05.2024.
