The present miscellaneous application has been filed by the petitioner seeking correction in the cause title of the order dated 04.04.2024 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4955/2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that because of inadvertent mistake, the details of petitioner Nos.1 & 4 have been incorrectly mentioned in the cause title while filing the writ petition and therefore, for effective implementation of the order passed by this Court, correction in the cause title as regards the details of petitioner Nos.1 & 4 is necessary.

Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioners and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the present miscellaneous application for correction is allowed.

The amended cause title filed along with the application is taken on record.

Office is directed to issue a copy of the order dated 04.04.2024 with the amended cause title.
