This contempt petition is filed by the petitioner alleging that the order dated 29.07.2020 passed by this Court in DB Civil Writ Petition No.2578/2020 has not been complied with. This Court, vide order dated 29.07.2020, has disposed of the above-referred writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to approach the District Collector, Jaisalmer by way of filing a detailed representation. It was further directed that the District Collector, Jaisalmer shall examine the grievances of the petitioner and do the needful in the matter within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
A compliance report is filed on behalf of the respondents, wherein it is mentioned that encroachments have been identified

on the public land and after initiation of proceedings under Section 91 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act against the encroachers, eviction orders have already been passed.
Mr. Kunal Upadhyay for Mr. Sunil Beniwal, learned AAG has submitted that pursuant to the said eviction orders, the concerned SDO has already been instructed to remove the encroachments and assures that the encroachments will be removed expeditiously.
In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the opinion that no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition and the same is disposed of as such.
