more than 10 years and 3 months, including remission. Applicant was on bail during trial and the case rests upon circumstantial evidence. The only circumstance against the applicant is recovery of foot molds, which were deposited in the Malkhana, even prior to the arrest of the applicant. It is also contended that the jewellery items were also recovered by the police prior to the arrest of the applicant.
