“V”) was less than 16 years on the date of incident and the appellant was her teacher and misusing his position and he has committed sexual assault with the prosecutrix. Counsel submits that under these circumstances, the sentence awarded to the appellant by the trial Court is just and proper and the same should not be suspended.
