Aggrieved from judgment of conviction and sentence dated 12.09.2019 in Sessions Case No. 62/2018 (82/2016) passed by learned Special Judge (POCSO Act Cases) Sikar, an appeal is preferred by petitioner-accused-Manjoor Ali, wherein SOS application was allowed on 05.11.2019. After release on bail, the petitioner-accused has failed to appear before this Court to mark his attendance and the order of SOS was recalled on 26.07.2024. The petitioner was taken in custody on 31.08.2024 and sent to serve the sentence. The petitioner is in custody undergoing sentence as awarded by learned Trial Court.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, it is appropriate to allow 2nd SOS application of the appellant-

Manjoor Ali S/o Sabuddin on same bail bonds as allowed by Coordinate Bench of this Court on 05.11.2019 for his appearance in this court on 22.01.2025 and whenever ordered to do so till the disposal of the appeal on the conditions indicated below:-

After release of appellant on bail, he will not indulge in any criminal activity and if it is found that he is involved in any criminal activity, the order shall be recalled.

That he will appear before the trial Court in the month of January of every year till the appeal is decided.

That if the applicant changes the place of residence, he will give in writing his changed address to the trial Court as well as to the counsel in the High Court.

¶24

Similarly, if the sureties change their address(s), they will give in writing their changed address to the trial Court.

Misc. Application stands disposed of.
