The private respondents have preferred writ petitions before this Court essentially with a prayer to direct the appellant-RPSC to furnish answer-scripts of the mains examination of the respondents for Rajasthan State and Subordinate Service Combined Competitive Mains Examination, 2021.
Learned Single Judge, after hearing counsel for the privaterespondents as well as counsel for the RPSC, has disposed of the writ petitions with a direction to the RPSC to notify the process for supplying copies of the answer-scripts of the written test (Mains Examination) of Competitive Examination 2021 within a period of seven days from the date of passing of the impugned order with a further direction to conclude the said process expeditiously in accordance with law.
Assailing the impugned order, learned counsel for the RPSC has argued that the learned Single Judge has erred in directing the appellants to supply copies of the answer-scripts of the written test (Mains Examination) of Competitive Examination 2021 to the respondents within seven days.
A bare perusal of the operative portion of the impugned order reveals that the learned Single Judge has nowhere given direction to supply copies of the answer-scripts of written test (Mains Examination) of Competitive Examination 2021 to the respondents within seven days rather directed the appellant- RPSC

to notify the process for supplying the copies of the answer-scripts within seven days.
Learned counsel appearing for the appellant-RPSC has submitted that the period of seven days is going to expire today and, therefore, a reasonable time may be granted to the appellant- RPSC to notify the process for supplying the copies of the answer scripts.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going through the material available on record, we deem it appropriate to grant time to the appellant-RPSC up to 15th January, 2024 to notify the process for supplying copies of answer-scripts of written test (Mains Examination) of Competitive Examination 2021.
It is further directed that after notifying the process, the appellant-RPSC shall supply copies of the answer-scripts of the written test (Mains Examination) of Competitive Examination 2021 to the desired candidates expeditiously, preferably within a period of 15 days from the date of applying.
With these observations, these appeals are disposed of.
