This appeal is filed by one of the respondent in the Writ Petition No. 4296/2021 with a prayer that as there was an interim

order, because of which, she could not be appointed as an Officer in Rajasthan Administrative Service, but was appointed against the other services, the Government be directed to appoint the appellant in Rajasthan Administrative Service.

This appeal is completely misconceived. The writ petition has been dismissed. The appellant herein was respondent in the writ petition. If the claim of the appellant is that after the dismissal of the writ petition, she is entitled to be appointed on the post, which was kept vacant because of the interim order, if her prayer is not accepted by the Government Authority, the remedy lies in filing a separate writ petition.

With a liberty to take appropriate remedy, the appeal is dismissed.
