compensation has been given to the appellants and even after receiving compensation, they have continued their encroachment on the Gair Mumkin Sadak . The appellants herein challenged the notice dated 23.01.2024. The learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ petition observing therein that despite receiving compensation, the appellants are still continuing their encroachment over the land of Gair Mumkin Sadak .
6. Special Appeal (Writ) is accordingly, dismissed.
