Corpus has been produced before the Court by Mr. Avinash Kumar, SI, SHO, Police Station, Sadar, Jhalawar and Ms. Archana, Constable-1199.

We appreciate the efforts put in by the police in tracing and producing the corpus before the Court.

We have interacted with the corpus. Corpus has stated before the Court that she wishes to go to her parent’s house.

Consequently, habeas corpus petition is allowed.

Since petitioner is not present before the Court, we direct Mr. Avinash Kumar, SI, SHO, Police Station, Sadar, Jhalawar and Ms. Archana, Constable to safely escort the corpus to her parent’s house today itself.

We also direct the petitioner to take proper care of the corpus and not to marry her against her wish.
