Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after recovery of the corpus, she was produced before concerned CWC and her custody thereafter has been handed over the petitioner, who is said to be brother of the corpus.
In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in the present habeas corpus petition. Hence, the present habeas corpus petition is hereby dismissed as rendered infructuous.
