The challenge in the present petition is to the vires of subclause (ga) of Clause 5(2); Clause 13 of Municipal Council Jaipur (Advertisement) Bylaws, 1974 as amended on 02.07.1975 as also to sub-clause (at) of Clause-2, sub-clause 12 and sub-clause (2) (1) of Clause 12 of the Bylaws 2004.

Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly submits that the vires has been upheld by the Division Bench of this Court in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.104/2003 titled as Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited vs. The State of
