“(i) THAT the claim of all education-institutions relating to payment of grant-in-aid, which has been verified by the Department, within seven-days shall

be sent to the Finance Department and the payment thereof shall be made by the Finance Department within next seven days.
(ii) THAT the claim of all education-institutions entitled to payment of grant-in-aid, which has been received by the concerned Department till 09.05.2016 shall be processed and verified within fifteen-days and shall be sent for the payment to the Finance Department. The Finance Department shall release the payment within seven-days and payment shall be made to the petitioners.
(iii) THAT any claim, which is lodged by the Education Institutions after 09.05.2016 shall be processed and verified within fifteen-days and thereafter, it shall be sent to the Finance Department for payment. Upon receipt of verified claim, Finance Department shall release the payment within next seven-days.”
