Counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised for consideration in the present writ petition is of transfer of the petitioners based on certain legal grounds. Counsel further submits that the petitioners have filed separate petitions and

therefore, they want to withdraw this joint writ petition so that the issue raised in this petition may be considered by the Court in the petitions filed separately by each of the petitioners.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
However, withdrawal of the present writ petition will not create any hindrance in consideration of the petitions filed separately by the petitioners.
Since the main petition has been dismissed, all other pending application/s, if any, also stands dismissed.
