“(i) The license holder operating under the order
dated 13.03.2024 issued by the State Government through Finance (Excise Department), shall not be affected by the e- auction being conducted in pursuance of the notice dated 08.05.2024 and shall be free to operate their license till its expiry by efflux of time on 30.06.2024.
(ii) Subject to the aforesaid direction, the respondents are at liberty to proceed with the e- auction. The pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.”
