The present writ petition has been filed by the petitionerInstitution raising a grievance that the respondents are not inspecting it for granting permission to establish Para Medical College for Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, Diploma in Radiation Technology, Diploma in ECG Technology, Diploma in Operation Theater Technology and Diploma in Orthopedic Technology courses and are also not passing appropriate orders for granting permission to establish the said college.

Learned counsel for the respondent-RPMC submits that as per the procedure for recognition laid down in Regulation 52 of the amended Rajasthan Para Medical Council Regulations 2014, 2015 and Rajasthan para-Medical Council (Amendment) Regulations, 2023, it is for the Council to invite online application yearly for recognition on the basis of demand-supply and consider them for recognition in the manner provided in these Regulations. He further submits that if the petitioner files any application while ventilating his grievance, the same would accordingly be decided while keeping into consideration the Regulation 52 of the Rajasthan Para Medical Council Regulations.

Be that as it may, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner-Institution to file an application seeking permission for establishing Para Medical College for conducting the aforementioned courses within a period of three weeks from today.

In the event, if any such application is filed by the petitionerInstitution, it is expected that the respondent No.3-Rajasthan Para Medical Council, Jaipur shall consider and decide the same and shall pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of the application.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Stay petition and all pending applications, if any stand disposed of.
