This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to consider his case for training and declare him eligible for the purpose of appointment on the post of Food Inspector.
Learned counsel for the respondents, inviting attention of this Court towards the contents of the reply filed by them, would submit that petitioner was appointed as Food Inspector vide order dated 23.07.2007 and had joined his duties as such on 28.07.2007. She submits in view thereof, this writ petition is rendered infructuous.
None for the petitioner to rebut the aforesaid statement.
In view thereof this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
