Learned counsel for the petitioner instead of pressing the writ petition on merit submits that the petitioner may be given a liberty to approach the respondents by way of filing a representation before the competent authorities in light of Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2017, Rule - 13 (1).

In view of the submission made before this Court, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents by way of filing a

representation for redressal of his grievances. In the event of such representation having been filed by the petitioner, the respondents shall decide the same preferably within a period of 60 days in accordance with law through a reasoned speaking order in terms of the Rule referred above.

The order has been passed based on the submissions made in the petition, the respondents would be free to examine the veracity of the submissions made in the petition and only in case the averments made therein are found to be correct, the petitioner would be entitled to the relief sought.

Nothing would preclude the petitioner to approach this Court again if grievances would persist still whereafter.
