appropriate decision in respect to allotment of the land of Murabba No. 83/29, Killa No.1 to 25 & Murabba No. 83/20, Kila No. 4 to 25 of the Chak 7 KJD (now Chak 8 KJD) situated at village Chak 7 KJD Tehsil Khajuwala, District Bikaner.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the applications pending before the Sub Divisional Officer, Pungal District Bikaner (Annexure-9 dated 04.10.2022 and Annexure-10 dated 14.10.2022) may kindly be directed to be decided in respect to Chak 7 KJD/ 8 KJD, situated at village 7-8 KJD, Tehsil Khajuwala, District Bikaner.

In view of the submissions made, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents Nos.2 and/. 3 to take appropriate action and pass a speaking order within a period of one month from the date of the receipt of this order while taking into consideration the order dated 22.3.1984 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Khajuwala, District Bikaner in respect to allotment of the land in favour of the petitioners strictly in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Stay application as well as all other pending applications, stand dismissed.
