Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an application (01/24) seeking correction in the address of respondent No.1.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. Amended cause title is taken on record.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that the petitioner may be permitted to submit a detailed representation before the respondent No.1 and 2 and they may be directed to decide the representation within a particular time frame.

This Court, deems it appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation before the respondent No.1-

The National Council of Teachers Education of Government of India and respondent No.2-The National Council of Teachers Education within a period of ten days from today and the respondents are directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month thereafter by way of passing a speaking order strictly in accordance with law.
