Heard learned counsel for the parties at Bar. Perused the material available on record.

The present petitioner who claims to be a resident of Air Force Area, Jodhpur, by way of filing the present Public Interest Litigation has prayed that illegal commercial/business activities in Soorsagar Area, Jodhpur may be ordered to be stopped.

On going through the writ petition, this Court finds that except making vague allegations that in Suryanagar (Suravato Ki

Wadi), Near Kayalana Chauraha, Soorsagar, Jodhpur; illegal commercial/business activities are taking place, not a single piece of evidence or material (except certain unverified photographs) has been produced on record. Thus, it cannot be said to be prima facie proved or established that the allegations levelled in the petition are true and correct. In the opinion of this Court, a Public Interest Litigation cannot be entertained on the basis of vague and unspecified allegations.

Since, in the present case, no cogent material is available on record that the allegations made are correct, the present writ petition is dismissed being devoid of any merit.
