Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if the respondent – Municipal Council, Pilibanga, District Hanumangarh is directed to expeditiously consider petitioner’s representation dated 22.03.2024.

The present writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with the certified copy of the order instant along with the earlier representation dated 22.03.2024 and other relevant documents within a period of fifteen days.

In case, the representation is so addressed, the competent authority of the respondents shall consider the same and do the needful and decide the same in accordance with law as early as

possible preferably within a period of two weeks of receiving the same.

It is, however, made clear that the direction to decide petitioner’s representation has been issued only with a view to ensure expeditious redressal of his grievance and the same may not be construed to be a direction to decide it in a particular manner.

The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
