Vide this writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the validity of Notification dated 05.12.2002 of Schedule-B issued by the respondents providing for common channel of promotion to Stamp Reporters, Guest House Manager and Assistant Accounts Officers in Rajasthan High Court Staff Service Rules, 2002.
Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that since the Rajasthan High Court has already proposed amendment in Clause 12 of the Rajasthan High Court Staff Service Rules 2002 providing channel of promotion of different categories of posts, this writ petition has rendered infructuous.
