Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has handed over a cheque amounting to Rs.1,12,140/- to the counsel appearing for the petitioners as against the due amount.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that as per the calculation made by them, only the amount of Rs.1,12,140/- is due to be paid to the petitioner.
Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he has received a cheque amounting to Rs.1,12,140/- and in view of payment of the said amount, the claims of the petitioners have been satisfied and therefore, no cause of action survives.
In view of above, both the writ petitions are disposed of as having become infructuous.
