other financial benefits to the petitioners from the date of their initial appointment/joining.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this Court as well as Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has passed the orders for extending the similar benefits as are being claimed by the petitioners by filing this writ petition. He has preferred the order dated 30.04.2024 passed in the case of Smt. Santosh Singhal Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4492/2006), the order dated 18.12.2023 passed in the case of Prakash Veer Maan & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.20759/2018) and also the order dated 20.01.2014 passed in the case of Yogesh Kumar Pareek Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3534/2009).
Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and the orders referred, this Court at this stage deems just and proper to allow the petitioner to make representation to the Competent Authority for their claims which have been mentioned in the petition by referring the orders as mentioned above.
On receipt of the representation from the petitioners, the respondents are under obligation to consider their representation and pass appropriate order expeditiously in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
