The present writ petition has been preferred claiming the following reliefs:-

“It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that the writ petition filed by the petitioners may kindly be accepted and allowed and respondent authorities may be directd to measure and Nekhambandi/Patthargadi of the agricultural lands of the petitioners i.e. 50 Bigha of khatedari land in Khasra No.620/1175 and 25 Bigha land of Khasra No.620/1175 of petitioner NO.1 and 20 Bigha land of Khasra No.619/1175 and 30 Bigha land of Khasra No.620/1175

situate at Khasra No.618/1173 of petitioner No.2 of village Bhairwa, Tehsil & District Jaisalmer.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that the respondent authorities may be directed to measure and do the Nekhambandi/Patthargadi of the agricultural field of the petitioner situated in Khasra No.620/1175, Rakba- 50 Bigha, 25 Bigha land of Khasra No.620/1175, 20 Bigha land of Khasra No.619/1175 and 30 Bigha land of Khasra No.620/1175 situated at Khasra No.618/1173 each of village Bhairwa, Tehsil & District Jaisalmer, strictly in accordance with law.

On instructions Mr. R.D. Bhadu, learned Deputy Government Counsel appears for the respondents and submits that the necessary measurement shall be conducted, strictly in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to do the necessary measurement/Nekhambandi/Patthargadi of agricultural field of the petitioner situated in Khasra No.620/1175, Rakba- 50 Bigha, 25 Bigha land of Khasra No.620/1175, 20 Bigha land of Khasra No.619/1175 and 30 Bigha land of Khasra No.620/1175 situated at Khasra No.618/1173 each of village Bhairwa, Tehsil & District Jaisalmer, within a period of 30 days from receiving the certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
