“It is therefore, prayed that hour lordships may very graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition and:-
(A) By an appropriate writ or order the auction(s) dated 11.03.2024 and 18.03.2024 issued by the Department of Commercial Taxes, Bhilwara be quashed and set-aside;
(B) By an appropriate writ or order the Department of Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO) be directed to renew the License of the Petitioner Firm;
(C) Further, the Department of Commercial Taxes, Bhilwara be restrained to take any adverse or coercive measures against the Petitioner.”
