replaced by another contractual employee and prays for disposal of writ petition in terms thereof. He, in support of his submission, relies upon a co-ordinate Bench order of this Court dated 15.04.2024 passed in the case of Vinod Kundara Vs. The State of Rajasthan and Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.505/2022 and other connected matters.
None for the petitioners. None had appeared on their behalf on last date, i.e., 24.09.2024 as well. However, in the interest of justice, they are granted one more opportunity to oppose the prayer.
List the matter on 19.10.2024 at 02:00 PM.”
