“(i) The respondents may kindly be directed to produce the entire record pertaining to Khasra No.467 to 475 and 513/1, 519, 520, 521 admeasuring 10.5577 hectare along with khasra No.522/2, admeasuring 08.5754 hectare at Village Chaukadi Kalla, Tehsil Pipad city, District Jodhpur and also the factual situation of the land at present.
(ii) The respondents may kindly be directed to stop any illegal construction, encroachment, commercial or farming activities upon Doli land and by removing the illegal encroachment and constructions and the temple land shall be restored in its original shape, and use at personal cost by the respondents.”
