This petition is filed seeking directions to the respondents to decide the application for refunding the excess TDS.

As per the case set up for the financial year 2012-13 and 2014-15, both the years excess TDS of the petitioner was deducted and deposited. The petitioner was neither given the credit of the TDS amount deducted nor refunded. The grievance

raised is that inspite of filing application for refund of excess TDS on 04.01.2023, the same has not been decided till date.

This petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No.4 to decide the refund application in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

In order to avoid further delay, let the petitioner or its representative appear in the office of the respondent No.4 on 31.07.2024 at 11.00 AM.
