Learned counsel for the petitioners, instead of pressing the present writ petition on merit, submits that the petitioners will be satisfied, if the respondent No.8-Additional Divisional Commissioner, Jodhpur is directed to decide the pending revenue appeal No.180/2023 expeditiously.

Considering the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.8-Additional Divisional Commissioner, Jodhpur to decide the pending revenue appeal No.180/2023 preferred by the petitioners at the earliest, preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
