Learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Thana Ram Choudhary, pleads ‘No Instructions’ in these matters. He submits that registered notices have already been served on the petitioners/legal representatives of the deceased petitioners but he has not received any instructions.

In view of the submission made, it seems that the present petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present matters. The present petitions are hence, dismissed in non-prosecution.

Learned counsel Mr. R.K. Rathi, for the petitioner submits that as the other writ petitions have been dismissed, the present petition has ipso facto as a consequence, rendered infructuous. 2. In view of the submission made, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
