The petitioners are aggrieved by restoration of revision petition No.2060/2015/Dholpur before Board of Revenue, vide order dated 02^nd January, 2024. However, counsel for the petitioners submits that after restoration of the revision petition,

again the same has been dismissed in default, vide order dated 24^th May 2024.

In view of above, the present writ petition is rendered infructuous, hence, the same is dismissed.
