Pursuant to the order dated 17.10.2024 passed by this Court, the trial court has sent the status report of civil suit No.60/2003, from a perusal of which, it is evident that on account of non appearance, the said civil suit has been dismissed in default vide order dated 01.10.2022.
In this view of the matter, the Civil Writ Petition challenging the interlocutory order has been rendered infructuous.
It is accordingly disposed of.
