“7. That the contents of para no.9 of the writ petition are not admitted in the manner stated hence denied. That in humble submission of the answering respondent and as per the scheme of the advertisement, first list was issued of such candidates who were provisionally eligible for their document verification and after the document verification of such eligible candidates were completed, final result of the candidates were issued/published. At this juncture it would be also pertinent to mention here that roll number of the eligible candidates are shown separately and the cut-off of the respective candidates is shown separately. At the cost of repetition, the petitioner applied under widow category and since the petitioner scored 26.53 which is lower than that of cut off for category of General (Widow)-TSP area i.e. 139.3731 as a result her candidature was not considered.”
