Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous, as the petitioner during his lifetime, has gifted the property in dispute to his son and she has expired thereafter.
In this view of the matter, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous. Stay application as well as all other pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed.
