The civil writ petition has been filed by the petitionersrespondent Nos.1 to 3/defendant Nos.1 to 3(for short ‘the defendants) against the judgment dated 18.12.2018 passed by the Additional District Judge No.4, Sikar (for short ‘the appellate court’) in Civil Miscellaneous Appeal(CIS No.30/2016), whereby the appellate court partly allowed the appeal filed by the respondent Nos.1 to 6 and modified the order dated 22.11.2018 passed by the Civil Judge, Sikar (for short ‘the trial court’) In Civil Miscellaneous Case No.34/2016(CIS No.30/2016) to the effect that both the parties shall maintain status quo over the suit property and shall not alienate the same.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the present case and more particularly in view of the fact that the suit was filed before the trial court in the year 2016, thereafter 8 years have been passed, the civil writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to decide the suit, if pending with it, expeditiously, in accordance with Law.
